Moira Dingle’s world turned upside down by Ruby Fox-Miligan’s vile act in Emmerdale as feuding foes go to war

There is certainly no love lost between Emmerdale’s Moira Barton (Natalie J Robb) and Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly), but this time it’s war.

They got off on the wrong foot when Ruby first threw a dinner party and found herself offended when Moira assumed she’d ordered the food in.

Things have only got worse with Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) and Caleb Miligan’s (Will Ash) feud, with Ruby tactfully punching Cain in the crotch, prompting Moira to warn her that if she tried that again, Moira would be the one to hit back.

Ruby’s jibes about who was better in the sack, Cain or Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter), only set Moira more on edge.

And now that Ruby has kissed and made up with Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker), she’s back in need of a new enemy to torture for amusement. Moira is that lucky lady.

Unfortunately for the farmer, while driving down a single lane track she accidentally splashes Ruby by speeding through a puddle. She may as well have splashed a gremlin.

The beast awakened, Ruby confronts Moira head on, to the point that they have a standoff in the middle of the street, both refusing to back down.

Caleb later insists Ruby apologise, but a meaningful sorry is not in her vocabulary.

Instead, Ruby seeks appalling revenge by starting a vicious rumour about Moira. She’s gone too far this time.

Will Moira finally bring Ruby down for good? Or is it the final nail in the coffin with Caleb?
