Emmerdale Ella Forster’s ‘real identity’ and ‘secret link’ to Tom King revealed
Emmerdale viewers have been trying to work out who Ella Forster really is - and what she might be hiding - since she turned up in the ITV soap earlier this year
Emmerdale fans are convinced they have worked out the identity of newcomer Ella Forster.
Ella, who is played by actress Paula Lane, turned up in the ITV soap earlier this year and quickly became a part of the village as she landed a job as a receptionist at the GP surgery. However, viewers have noted there’s a fair bit of mystery around the character, who seems to be hiding something.
Things ramped up as she got to know Liam, as she seemed to be worrying about how close they were getting. Ella’s odd behaviour has got fans guessing what she could be up to and what her secret it.
“Oh she’s definitely up to something, I can’t wait to find out what,” one fan said online. They added that they thought Ella had a “dark past”.
Some people reckon they have rumbled it, predicting that Ella will be revealed to be related to Tom King. “I definitely think that there’s some kind of connection between Ella the doctor’s receptionist and Tom King,” said one, asking: “I wonder could she really be Anya, his sister?”
Others think it’s more likely that Ella will turn out to be connected to evil killer Meena Jutla (Paige Sandhu). She caused terror in the Dales back in 2022, embarking on a murderous rampage and killing the likes of Andrea Tate (Anna Nightingale) and Leanna Cavanagh (Mimi Slinger) and Andrea Tate (Anna Nightingale).
One person wrote on X: “What’s everyone’s thoughts on Ella? I half wonder could she be connected to Meena in some way?She mentioned how she used to have a friend, and she seems keen to be connected with Liam and Manpreet. But I’m prob way off.”
Another chimed in: “The writers need to explore Ella’s backstory a bit more. I’m still convinced she’s connected to Meena in some way.”
Someone else posted: “She is definitely connected to Meena somehow or she will be connected to her. Maybe they were friends before Meena moved to Emmerdale or maybe she’s connected to Meena’s husband.”
“Ella’s giving me all kinds of vibes… ” said another fan. “I’m sure she’s been sent by Meena to spy/cause trouble. My current theory is she’s related to someone who’s in prison with Meena but we’ll see! Maybe she just knows Meena from the past…”
