Belle King's world is about to be turned upside down in upcoming Emmerdale scenes after she finds out she is pregnant with Tom King's baby- something she never wanted to happen

Belle King will be left totally beside herself in Emmerdale next week, when she discovers she’s pregnant.

After learning she’s pregnant, Belle pretends to be ill to keep it a secret from Tom and Mandy. She later signs up for a doctor’s appointment with Wendy’s help, feeling nervous about her choices.

Meanwhile, Tom is taken aback when Cain scolds him for selling Belle’s car without asking him. A paranoid Tom accuses Belle of gossiping about the car and grills her.

As he raises his hand, a scared Belle blurts out that she’s pregnant. After her shocking announcement, Tom’s attitude shifts as he pulls her into a hug.

As they take an afternoon walk along River Walk with Piper, Belle is uncertain whether to trust this new version of Tom as he vows to be a better husband. Tom appears genuine in his desire to change and Belle softens as she begins to believe they might still have a chance.

However, Tom can’t hold back as he spills the beans about Belle’s pregnancy to Rhona. When Jimmy later congratulates Belle, she is livid to find out that Tom has let the cat out of the bag.

Feeling her privacy has been violated, Belle struggles to control her anger but Tom manages to calm her down. Softening, Belle feels hopeful and concedes they might as well tell everyone now.

Belle tries to reassure herself that everything will be fine. The following day, Belle finds herself locked in and after leaving some food to cook on the hob, Belle takes a nap with Piper.

Unaware to Belle, a tea towel begins to smoulder in the kitchen while she’s taking a nap. Will Belle be ok?
