Emmerdale Tom King’s next move revealed in spoiler clip as Belle Dingle left embarrassed
Emmerdale's Tom King will stop at nothing to worm his way back into Belle Dingle's life as he makes his next move in upcoming scenes of the ITV soap, but will his plan work?
Emmerdale’s Tom King is seen trying to weasel his way back into Belle Dingle’s life in upcoming scenes, despite her ending their marriage.
The ITV soap’s fans know that Tom has been manipulating his wife for months, tracking her phone and monitoring her every move through home security cameras.
Just last week, the couple took a trip to Wales for a holiday, but Belle was left stunned when she realised her husband intended to make their stay permanent.
Luckily, Belle managed to escape and subsequently ended their marriage, but a new spoiler video reveals he’s still lurking around the village.
In a new clip from Monday’s (July 29) episode, Belle is left red-faced when her card is declined at the shop. Tom’s aunt Nicola King (played by Nicola Wheeler) doesn’t miss a beat in mocking her, having been fed a false story by Tom about their breakup, reports the Express.
A distressed Belle hastily leaves the shop, claiming she’s picked up the wrong card. However, she runs into Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) on her way out.
Lydia attempts to console her, but Belle is clearly distraught – something that doesn’t escape Tom’s notice as he happens to be nearby. When he enquires about what’s upset her, Lydia admits she doesn’t know, before trying to follow after her.
But Tom quickly intervenes, suggesting he should go instead. Lydia appears hesitant, but Tom once again employs his charm to persuade her that he only wants what’s best for Belle.
He emphasises that she needs her family around her, and that he wants to be part of that support network.
In the end, Lydia gives in and sends him after her has she made a grave error? Will Tom manage to slither his way back into Belle’s life, or will she be able to resist him?
Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 and ITVX at 7.30pm
