Emmerdale Amelia’s exit storyline ‘sealed’ as chilling murder theory emerges

Emmerdale favourite Amelia Spencer (Daisy Campbell) is set to leave the ITV Dales and she could become the latest murder victim in the village, a disturbing new theory suggests

Emmerdale’s Amelia Spencer could be killed off in her final scenes.

It’s been confirmed Amelia, played by actress Daisy Campbell, is exiting the ITV soap after 13 years. Daisy, who made her Dales debut back in 2011, revealed her character is being written out of Emmerdale and it wasn’t her decision.

She told the Mirror: “It wasn’t my choice to leave Emmerdale and it was a shock at first. Being in Emmerdale is all I have ever known. I’ve spent the whole of my childhood growing up in the soap and it felt daunting.”

And now, with fan speculation surrounding her exit storyline, it’s been suggested she could be murdered by abuser Tom King. Unfortunately, Amelia is currently loved up with Tom, who previously abused Belle Dingle before Belle managed to escape him.

AI reckons Amelia Spencer could be killed by Tom King in her final Emmerdale scenesArtificial Intelligence (AI) reckons Amelia’s exit has something to do with Tom, and it could be murder. Asked what Amelia’s final scens could look like, Google Gemini told Daily Star: “Amelia Spencer’s exit from Emmerdale is expected to play into the ongoing storyline with Tom King.

“While the exact details of her departure haven’t been officially revealed, there are a few theories circulating among fans. Some fans believe that Tom, who has a history of abusive behavior, could potentially kill Amelia as part of his dark storyline.

“This theory gained traction after a scene where Belle imagined different scenarios of escaping Tom, one of which involved her being killed.” Amelia’s death at the hands of Tom was hinted at last month.

The special episode in September saw Belle imagine three different scenarios, one of which involved Amelia getting pushed down the stairs and killed by Tom after moving in with him. Fans wondered if this vision was foreshadowing Amelia’s death.

“Wondering if Tom kills Amelia in Emmerdale and this is how she exits,” wrote one. “So Amelia is sadly leaving Emmerdale I think she will finally realise Tom is evil like Belle has said and can’t stay in the village as no one will want to speak to her for what he’s done OR Tom kills her…. They are my top guesses at the moment,” said another.

But another theory claims Amelia could end up behind bars. Gemini continued: “Another possibility is that Amelia could become involved in one of Tom’s schemes and end up facing legal consequences, leading to a prison sentence.”

And the third theory suggests Amelia may simply leave the village to start a new life. It said: “A less dramatic but still possible option is that Amelia could simply decide to leave the village to start a new life away from the drama and turmoil she has experienced.”

Belle escaped Tom and his violent ways

The bot added: “It’s important to note that these are just speculations, and the actual exit storyline may differ. The producers of Emmerdale have not yet confirmed the specifics of Amelia’s departure.

However, it’s clear that her exit will be tied to the ongoing storyline with Tom King, and it’s likely to be a significant event that will have a lasting impact on the village.” Actress Daisy seemed to throw weight behind this theory as she admitted she doesn’t have any family in the Dales.

Discussing the decision by bosses to write her out of the soap, she told the Mirror: “Once they explained, I totally got it. Amelia isn’t part of the Dingles, her dad has left, Samson has gone now and she doesn’t have any family. There is nowhere to take Amelia and I understand that.”

However, it seems like Daisy may not be killed as the actress said the door has been left open. She added: “I am pleased the door is being left open. But I can’t say too much about how she leaves.”
