Emmerdale viewers have predicted the next cold-blooded murder in the village after watching a dark scene unfold between Caleb Miligan and his manipulative wife Ruby
Emmerdale fans have predicted a harrowing murder twist after watching chilling scenes between Caleb Miligan and his wife Ruby.
The episode on Thursday (March 7) saw a huge row erupt between the couple after Ruby tricked Caleb into helping her work against his own family. Caleb was kicked out by his brother Cain Dingle, nephew Nate Robinson and the rest of the family recently after Ruby revealed his affair with Nate’s wife Tracy.
Ruby still felt threatened after seeing Caleb and Tracy talking in the village, thinking the two could rekindle. Knowing that Tracy had her big nursery business presentation, Ruby wanted to ruin it and roped Caleb into helping her.
Not only that, but she also got Nate arrested after he, Cain and Aaron Dingle stole cars from Caleb’s business, and then crushed his own car. Ruby was happy with herself as she told Caleb that none of his family cared about him, and they were all laughing at him.
She told him it was time for payback, and the only way to show them he wasn’t to be messed with was to act. At first, Caleb didn’t want to, but he soon decided to mess up Tracy’s presentation and her dream business completely, reports the Mirror.
Caleb, in front of a group of parents hoping to send their kids to the nursery, made nasty comments about Tracy’s past affair and her history as a sex worker. Tracy stood up for herself and didn’t let her past ruin her future, but Caleb kept making fun of her.
This led Nate, who was present, to attack his uncle. Ruby watched with a smirk as the chaos she had planned unfolded, and Caleb realised he had crossed a line.
When he found out that Ruby had also called the police on Nate, he knew things couldn’t be undone, especially after his sister Chas Dingle expressed her disgust towards him. She even said she was glad their mum Faith Dingle wasn’t alive to see it.
Caleb was left crying over the shame he had brought upon his family and the severed ties due to his and Ruby’s actions. He then confronted his wife, noticing that she was enjoying every bit of it, hinting at previous confrontations between them.
Things got worse when Ruby’s scheme against the Dingles and her plan to isolate Caleb from his family came to light. She insisted that she was the only family he needed and expressed her hatred for the Dingles, even trying to turn Caleb against them.
She started yelling about Caleb’s past, saying he was unloved and not good enough for the Dingles. Caleb told her she was messed up and needed help but Ruby shot back: “Why do you always do this to me, get me like this, what is wrong with you? “.
When Caleb picked the Dingles over her, she lost it and he called her a “poisonous snake”. She then threw a glass at the wall and screamed before looking at herself in a broken mirror.
Now Emmerdale watchers are worried about what Ruby could do next and some even compared her to serial killer Meena Jutla, suggesting she could kill Caleb off. One fan said: “Ruthless Ruby giving Mad Meena Vibes #emmerdale.”
Another asked: “Is Caleb or Ruby gonna get killed? ” Someone else called Ruby a “nasty piece of work #emmerdale @emmerdale.”
