ITV Emmerdale’s Rhona Goskirk ‘disappears with baby Ivy’ as fans predict exit storyline
Emmerdale fans are convinced they've worked out Rhona Goskirk might be about to leave the village amid the heartbreaking storyline with baby Ivy
Emmerdale viewers reckon they’ve figured out an exit plan for Rhona Goskirk, played by Zoe Henry, as she makes a ‘silly’ mistake.
This comes amid the heart-wrenching storyline involving baby Ivy. Rhona has been finding it tough to let go of little Ivy since Gus’s return, following his mental health struggles due to the loss of his wife last year. Baby Ivy is biologically Rhona’s, as she was conceived via IVF with an embryo created by Rhona and Gus when they were together years ago.
However, because Gus’s late wife carried and gave birth to Ivy, Rhona now has no say over her. When Gus announced his plans to permanently take Ivy and find a new home for them, Rhona couldn’t handle it and ran off crying.

The village vet broke down again, seeking comfort in a hug from her husband Marlon Dingle, played by Mark Charnock. Although Rhona managed to pull herself together later, it was clear she despised the idea of Gus taking away her biological child. She confessed to Marlon that she already “loves” Ivy.
Fans took to X, previously known as Twitter, to share their thoughts. Many speculated that Rhona might do something “stupid”, like running away from the Dales with baby Ivy. “Rhona is breaking my heart # emmerdale,” one viewer posted.
One fan tweeted their prediction, warning: “The Rhona and Ivy situation can only end one way. Very badly. #emmerdale,”. Another Emmerdale watcher guessed: “I think there’s a storyline coming up where Rhona disappears with the baby. I mean, FFS. #emmerdale”.
A worried viewer voiced their fears: “#Emmerdale of course it’s bl**dy obvious Rhona’s gonna do something really REALLY stupid.” And another Emmerdale aficionado predicted: “Rhona needs professional help at this point as we know she snatches Ivy at the end of the week. #Emmerdale,”.

Fans are anxiously waiting to see if Rhona will act outside the law in her desperate times. Meanwhile, Marlon is trying his best to persuade Gus with level-headed conversations. During a difficult conversation at the Woolpack pub, Marlon suggested he could help Gus by “co-parenting” baby Ivy with him, which Gus didn’t completely dismiss.
However, tensions are just as high elsewhere in the village. Charity Dingle (played by Emma Atkins) may have a hidden health issue. Tracy Robinson (Amy Walsh) broke down in tears when Nate Robinson stormed out of her house after a heated argument about their family future with their daughter Frankie.
Although Tracy confessed that her love for Nate has faded, she still hasn’t spilled the beans about her romantic fling with his uncle Caleb Milligan (Will Ash). With Caleb’s wife Ruby back in the picture, things seem to be heading downhill for the Dingle family over the next few weeks.
