Cindy stoops to a shocking new low in EastEnders with cruelest act yet
Cruel Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) has launched a new plan to silence Kojo Asare (Dayo Koleosho) in EastEnders.
This time she’s turned really nasty.
The ordeal kicked off last week when Kojo spotted Cindy and his nephew Junior Knight (Micah Balfour) kissing together. He ran off through the alleyway and climbed the emergency exit staircase at the community centre, with Cindy following suit.
A struggle broke out between the two, and he fell to the ground. After being rushed into hospital, he was placed in an induced coma.
To make matters worse, Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa) saw what happened between Cindy and Kojo and threatened to find out what really went on.
Realising that she needed to get one up on her, Cindy approached a drug dealer and began supplying her with it.
In tonight’s episode, Kojo was about to be brought out of his coma.
The Knight family had kept vigil at his bedside, apart from Junior, who had instead jumped into bed with Cindy.
Whilst her family were waiting for her to bring some milk home from the shop, she’d actually paid her former step-son a visit and blamed her absence on a chat with old pal Gita.
Having heard the news about Kojo, she rushed off and ran into Lauren – who teased her, saying that it wouldn’t be long before he remembered the truth.
Lauren had her own issues though, as boyfriend Peter (Thomas Law) apologised for accusing her of falling off the wagon.
Blissfully unaware that she’s started taking drugs, he said she was a fantastic mum… and seemed to be glowing through her pregnancy.
Elsewhere, Ian (Adam Woodyatt) was overworking himself in Cindy’s absence, preparing for the big Walford Christmas lights switch-on.
Whilst trying to prepare some pies for the event, he began to suffer chest pains and ordered his mum Kathy (Gillian Taylforth) to call an ambulance.
