ITV Emmerdale tonight spoilers as Tom King gains an unlikely ally
ITV Emmerdale fans watched on as Tom spoke on the phone in prison
C.o.e.r.c.i.v.e controller Tom King was still behind bars in tonight’s episode of ITV Emmerdale.
But, during Tuesday night’s episode of the popular television soap, it saw him fooling yet another person to get on his side. Viewers watched as Tom spoke on the phone with cousin Angelica King.
Angel asked him if he had abused Belle but Tom denied it over the phone, claiming that he “was no angel” but hadn’t committed any crimes.
Nicola and Jimmy, Tom’s aunt and uncle, also decided to cut Tom off by not putting their phone number on his approved prison call list. Tom then tells his solicitor he has decided to not plead guilty. But Angel had managed to dig Tom’s number up by rifling through the recycling bin contents so she can call him.
Tonight’s episode also took viewers through a range of other developing storylines throughout the village. Eric Pollard continues to worry over his crypto funds after ploughing “everything he has” into the scheme – which seems too go to be true.
Audiences can tell things won’t end well for Eric after Brenda finds out she can’t pay for her wedding dress after he sank his entire life-savings into a quick-win crypto ‘scam’. Brenda feels the ultimate betrayal, and despite making some money back on the horses, he still has a long way to go to make it up to her.
