Emmerdale’s Ruby to be pushed to breaking point in Anthony story
Her evil father drops a Christmas day bombshell.
Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Emmerdale‘s Ruby Fox-Miligan will be pushed to breaking point over the Christmas week episodes, as the dark Anthony storyline continues.
Viewers recently learned that Ruby was sexually assaulted by her father Anthony on her 16th birthday, and is suggested as the reason why she had trouble bonding with her own daughter Steph.
In scenes set to air next week, Steph insists that Anthony stay with the family on Christmas Day.
In an effort to avoid spending time with Anthony, Ruby invites Chas and her family over, while Caleb invites Moira and Cain. Still, she readies herself for a difficult Christmas Day.
At Christmas dinner, Ruby is horrified to see Anthony making friends and getting along with everyone. Things get even worse when Anthony announces that he intends to stay in the village for the foreseeable future.
The party decides to head to the pub to continue the festivities, except for Ruby… and Anthony.
Distressed, she grabs a kitchen knife and warns him to stay away from her.
Will she tell her family about the abuse and begin to get justice for her father’s actions?
