This article contains spoilers for tonight’s EastEnders, which has not yet aired on TV but is available to watch now on BBC iPlayer.

Eagle-eyed EastEnders fans think they know how Reiss Colwell’s (Jonny Freeman) crimes will finally be exposed after spotting a clue in the background of a recent scene.

Reiss was responsible for the d.e.a.t.h of wife Debbie last year, but his crimes just kept stacking up after Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy) was arrested for Debbie’s murder.

As Reiss attempted to clear Sonia’s name without dropping himself in it, Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer) grew suspicious, and eventually sussed out that it had been Reiss who had smothered comatose Debbie with a pillow.

In a bid to keep her quiet, Reiss has kept Bianca chained up in a storage unit, promising to release her once Sonia’s name has been cleared.

With her freedom looking more unattainable by the minute, Bianca came up with a drastic plan to confess to the m.u.r.d.e.r herself.

After much consideration, Reiss agreed, and recorded a video of Bianca’s confession to take to the court.

However, fans were quick to notice something incriminating in the back of the video, which could lead to Reiss’ downfall…

‘THE DOLL HOUSE! Bianca overheard Debbie’s mum mention the dolls house during a disagreement with Reiss when she was earwigging at the door,’ Jo wrote on Twitter/X after spotting the heirloom in the mirror behind Bianca.

Fans also took to the comments of the official EastEnders TikTok account, with one saying: ‘In the back In the mirror is the dolls house Debbie left Reiss! This is how it’s all gunna unfold!’

‘I was hoping there would be major clues in the background as B is smart,’ another replied, while a third added: ‘oh yeah, people will notice hopefully.’

Viewers may remember that the doll house was left to Reiss in Debbie’s will – which came as a huge shock to him at the time.

Reiss had expected to be left everything in Debbie’s will, and was horrified to learn that she had changed it not long before her stroke.

As Bianca listened in at the doorway, she was amused to hear Reiss trying to come to terms with the turn of events.

Knowing that the doll house had once belonged to Debbie, did Bianca deliberately make sure that it was in shot in her confession video?

Could this be enough to prove Reiss’ involvement in her disappearance and expose his crimes once and for all?

It would seem that the clock is ticking for Bianca, given that Reiss went back on his promise to free her in tonight’s episode.

And with Reiss having asked forgiveness from God for sins he has yet to commit, does he plan to k.i.l.l Bianca to end this saga once and for all?
