Emmerdale spoilers reveal a return, pregnancy bombshell and d.e.a.t.h flashbacks

There are heartbreaking scenes ahead on Emmerdale next week, as the fallout to the d.e.a.d.l.y limo crash continues.

Amid the sadness there’s also big discoveries, a return and some big revelations. There’s hints at what is ahead, while there’s also some cryptic flashbacks that reveal three different moments we did not see from the night of the crash.

A the funerals of those k.i.l.l.e.d in the crash arrive, residents are in mourning as they say their final goodbyes. But there’s set to be new plots forming as some big twists are in store.

More than one resident is hiding something, and we know full well there’s some secrets to be exposed. There’s decisions to be made too, while more than one character could find themselves in a spot of bother.

Let’s kick things off with the funerals of Leyla Harding and Amy Wyatt after their d.e.a.t.h.s in the crash. With Suzy Merton’s funeral happening away from the village, loved ones of Amy and Leyla will say goodbye to their tragic relatives and friends locally.

The funerals will see secrets come to light and some new information it seems, as Mary Goskirk, Tracy Robinson and Manpreet Sharma all feature in mystery scenes. With Suzy’s partner and Leyla’s pal Vanessa Woodfield too grief-stricken to attend the funeral, Mary is haunted by something she is hiding.

As Mary does her best to comfort a struggling Vanessa, we see a flashback to the day of the limo crash, and the audience gets a glimpse into why Mary feels such guilt. Elsewhere, Vanessa’s sister Tracy gets her own flashback – but what will we see and what does it mean?

Finally, Manpreet Sharma could be rumbled amid some mystery text messages when colleague Liam Cavanagh picks up her phone by mistake. Manpreet’s mortified reaction leaves Liam’s partner Chas Dingle suspicious, but is it linked to the crash?

Meanwhile Amy’s grieving husband Matty Barton is furious to see stepfather Cain Dingle at Amy’s funeral, after he was exposed for cheating on Moira. Drunken Matty tries to keep his emotions in check but soon rages at Cain for betraying his mum, while Cain is concerned for his and Amy’s son Kyle.

He’s soon forced to tell Kyle and son Isaac what’s happening with Moira, as Moira calls quits on their marriage after his fling with Ruby Miligan. Moira asks him to move out, and as things become a sad reality, just as Moira gets the all clear from doctors after her brain tumour treatment, Cain and Moira must prepare to tell their children about the break-up.

Elsewhere, as Jacob Gallagher grieves for his mum Leyla, his romance woes with Sarah Sugden continue leading to an almighty bombshell. Jacob suffers a panic attack at work, and later heads out to get drunk leaving his friends concerned.

When Sarah later goes to speak with him he dismisses her and tells her to stay away leaving her devastated, with viewers then seeing her holding an unopened pregnancy test. At Leyla’s funeral, Jacob is overwhelmed when Liam reads out Leyla’s eulogy.

When Sarah finds him in the pub later on, she tries to tell him some big news but he won’t hear it – leaving Sarah to struggle with the positive pregnancy test alone. But is she really pregnant, and how will Jacob react?

Joe Tate is still caught up in drama it seems as he teases an exit to fling Dawn Taylor, blaming Kim Tate for it. Dawn is horrified to realise Kim knows about the affair, but will Billy Fletcher find out as a result?

Finally there’s a return next week as April Windsor is reunited with teen Dylan, who she met on the streets after running away in December. Struggling to cope with recent events, she goes to find him as he knows what she’s been through.

Marlon Dingle gets the wrong idea and goes for Dylan, leading to daughter April talking him down. There’s soon a thawing between Marlon and Dylan, but Marlon is stunned when he later turns up in the village – with April keen for her friend to stay, but will Marlon help?
