Emmerdale: ‘work out’ true identity of hooded figure – and it’s not who you think
Emmerdale viewers are certain they know exactly who's hiding behind the sinister black hoody disguise and it's not Cain Dingle, Caleb Milligan or mysterious John Sugden
Emmerdale fans are convinced they know who the mystery hooded figure is from a recent episode.
The village was left reeling last month following the devastating limo crash which claimed the lives of Suzy Merton (Martelle Edinborough), Leyla Harding (Roxy Shahidi) and Amy Barton (Natalie Ann Jamieson).
Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh), who had been involved in the crash but fortunately survived, decided to leave her estranged husband Nate Robinson (Jurrell Carter) a tearful voicemail following the scary ordeal.
As Tracy relayed the village events to Nate and confessed her longing for him, the camera shifted to the icy lake crime scene where an unknown hooded individual was spotted observing the police gathering evidence.
Fans will remember that when Amy fell into the frozen lake she discovered a corpse in the water with her and attempted to inform her loved ones that it seemingly appeared to be Nate’s body before she d.i.e.d.
During’s Monday’s (March 3) episode of the ITV soap, Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) was spotted wearing a black hoody in the latest scenes and fans now think there she could be involved in Nate’s d.e.a.t.h.
Taking to a Emmerdale Facebook page, one fan penned: “Did anybody else notice Moira had a black hoody on in today’s episode at the end? Wonder if she had anything to do with Nate‘s body?”
Another added: “I noticed, hood up too, I thought they’re dressing them all in hoody’s lately!” A third person said: “I have started to think it may be someone other than John! Everyone seems to think it is him who is responsible for Nate and Anthony’s demise! Maybe Moira or even Ruby to get revenge on Tracey for her fling with Caleb.”
Nate’s departure after misunderstandings with his father Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) and partner Tracy, resulting in him deciding to relocate to Shetland for a fresh start. But since he has moved, Tracy hasn’t been able to get hold of him apart from text messages as calls go straight to voicemail, raising suspicions.
Even more intriguing is the soap’s hints that the mysterious body found in the lake could be none other than Nate’s as all clues point to the past character so far.
