Billy informs her that he has been chatting with another woman online, unaware of Dawn’s betrayal. Billy is appreciative of her quick pardon, but as their complete strategy is revealed, Joe will visit Dr. Crowley next week.
Manpreet’s nightmare with blackmail continues, and she is also embroiled in turmoil with Billy. The character has been shown confiding in Ella Forster about receiving hateful letters threatening her because of some risqué photographs she posted on a subscription website.
Manpreet is terrified as what started as an empowering moment has now turned into harassment by an unknown individual who has copies of her photos and is threatening to leak them.
After she decides to confront and expose her harasser the following week, she believes she knows who is responsible and intends to pay them. But Joe shows up just as she is about to meet them, and she becomes furious with him since she believes he is the culprit.
However, Joe quickly asserts his innocence, and she accepts it. Joe then offers to assist her in paying them back. But who is actually tormenting her, and why would they do this?
