But as fans will recall, Eric and Brenda’s relationship hit the rocks back in December. Brenda was devastated after Eric lost her life savings in a cryptocurrency scam, and she hasn’t been able to forgive him since.

Next week, the drama heats up when Brenda discovers she’s won luxury cruise tickets in a magazine competition. Initially hesitant to claim the prize, she suddenly has a change of heart and announces that she’s going alone.

Eric’s hopes soar even higher when Brenda asks to speak with him the next day. He begins to believe that a romantic reunion could be on the horizon.
