End of an era as Emmerdale favourite moves out – again

Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) is a woman who knows her worth in Emmerdale.
The character has been living at Home Farm for a while after previously moving out when Dawn Taylor’s (Olivia Bromley) son Evan was very sick. She also works as a business woman, and generally nails life as a mum to Thomas.
Because she juggles work and mum life, Gabby often finds herself asking Kim Tate (Claire King) to look after Thomas. This happened again in tonight’s episode, and Kim was more than happy to watch the little toddler.
Unfortunately, Kim got distracted with a work call.
She told Thomas she’d be in a separate room for about five minutes but during that time, the young lad eyed up the gun case that Sam (James Hooton) had dropped off earlier that day.
When Gabby and Vinny (Bradley Johnson) returned, Thomas was right near the weapon. Frustrated over Kim’s decision to leave Thomas alone, Gabby went on to berate Kim for the way she treats her.
Gabby argued that Kim treats her differently compared to Dawn or Billy (Jay Kontzle), and looks after Clemmie and Lucas in a different way to Thomas. Feeling as though she’s lower down in Kim’s pecking order, Gabby concluded it was time for her, Vinny, Chip the dog, and Thomas to move out.
Announcing that her relationship with Vinny is worth more than the money and posh life at Home Farm, Gabby packed up her things and moved into Wishing Well, home of the Dingles.
Unfortunately, Gabby was left wondering if she made the right decision swapping luxury for only just getting by, as Sam revealed what they’d be having for dinner had been running around in a field all of five minutes ago.
It’s quite a contrast, but Gabby is certainly willing to try.
Can she survive life at the Dingles?
