Guilty Bianca hides evidence in EastEnders as her shocking secret is outed
Bianca Jackson’s (Patsy Palmer) worst fears have been realised, as her podcast contribution detailing the gruesome crimes of Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman) has been made public in EastEnders.
As viewers of the BBC soap know, her sister Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy) she was wrongly imprisoned for m.u.r.d.e.r, unaware that her then-fiancé Reiss was the real k.i.l.l.e.r.
Bianca then found out the grizzly truth, and he held her hostage in a storage lock up for months.
Reiss remained insistent that he had k.i.l.l.e.r Debbie – his comatose wife – because of his love for Sonia, and went on the run to evade justice.
When he returned, he crashed his car into the Queen Vic barrel store and ignited a fire, which tore through the beloved boozer. He then perished when a bath tub landed on top of him.
Deserved.
Last week, a mysterious newcomer befriended the sisters, but like most who arrive in Walford, she had an ulterior motive.
The woman, Charlotte, was desperate obtain an interview with them both for her true-crime podcast, and Bianca was left wondering whether to go ahead with it.
Her eyes lit up when Charlotte offered £2,000, and she headed home to speak with Sonia about the possibility.
Son’ was firmly against the idea and was furious that Bianca was using it as a form of therapy, and suggested she seek professional help for her PTSD instead.
Despite not having her blessing, Bianca went ahead with the chat.
After seeing how destroyed Sonia was on the day of ex-husband Martin Fowler’s (James Bye) funeral, Bianca quickly rang Charlotte and asked her not to publish her exposé.
Unfortunately, it was too late, and in today’s episodes a flurry of messages flooded into her phone, following the publication of ‘The Coma K.i.l.l.e.r’ podcast.
Bianca was horrified, and rushed to find Sonia. She’d also had a number of alerts.
Plying her with drink and telling her to relax at the wake, she stole Sonia’s phone and attempted to delete the evidence.
She then asked Kat and Freddie Slater (Jessie Wallace and Bobby Brazier) for help, hoping they could get her out of the predicament she’d placed herself in.
They advised that she come clean as soon as possible, but when Bianca caught up with Sonia, she was drunk – there couldn’t have been a worse time to drop the bombshell.
As she and niece Bex (Jasmine Armfield) carted her home, Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) was enjoying the fruits of Bianca’s labour.
She was relishing in the story, and called over to the trio to talk about it.
Luckily, Bianca managed to usher Sonia and Bex inside before they heard.
A close shave!
Sonia was then taken up to bed, with Bianca promising that she’d put her phone on charge… but it can only be a matter of time before everything is out in the open.
Will their relationship survive?
