Emmerdale’s John Sugden’s secret victim revealed in huge bombshell
The medic has become increasingly deranged in recent months and the reason why is set to be revealed
EMMERDALE’S John Sugden’s secret victim has been revealed – and it’s bad news for Aaron Dingle.
The medic – who is played by actor Oliver Farnworth in the ITV soap – has been hiding some dark secrets behind his usually calm demeanour and today’s episode dropped a bombshell.
After being given an official warning by Liam for his attitude at work and his potentially fatal mistake with Kerry, John was even more furious.
Already not sleeping, sinister John was at breaking point.
Humiliated by Liam’s decision to reprimand him, he stormed out and picked a fight with Aaron who told him they were not in a good place.
Victoria followed him and got him to open up.
He told her: “Someone I treated in the army, a long time ago, had a bad reaction to the medication I gave him.
“A really bad one. I try not to dwell on it but when things like this happen it just brings it all back.”
Victoria tried to make him feel better by reminding him that he’d saved Chas.
She then opened up to him about how she nearly k.i.l.l.e.d Jacob with his nut allergy and left John to find Aaron to update him.
But meanwhile John appeared in hospital by a comatose man’s bed – and he was as creepy as ever.
He told the mystery man: “You and me. What are we going to do, eh? Or what am I going to have to do?”
Who is the man and what is John planning for him?
The bombshell comes as John’s sinister secrets are set to be exposed tomorrow in a special episode with flashbacks.
Emmerdale producer, Laura Shaw, teased: “Since enigmatic and inscrutable John Sugden arrived on our screens last summer, he’s managed to hide some pretty big secrets from his family and friends.
“As his clandestine acts are revealed, the audience has an opportunity to really get inside John’s mind and to finally understand exactly what this mysterious character is really about.”
