Tyler Perry’s Sistas | Season 9 Sneak Peek: Zac Is At The Hospital For The Birth of Karen’s Twins

Okay folks—
This might be the behind-the-scenes shot from Season 9 that’s actually worth something. It’s just a single shot of a hospital hallway, but it’s revealing if you look closely.

So, we see Zach—and yeah, you have to really squint your eyes here—but just on the other side of Zach’s head (because we only get a back view), there’s a bit of shine. And that shine? That’s Aaron’s bald head!

Now, Zach is wearing what looks like scrubs—you know, the gear that men usually wear when they’re in the delivery room while their girl’s giving birth. And if you look down at Zach’s feet, he’s got on the same shoes he was wearing during the finale—the scene in the parking garage where he went to look for Andy and found the phone on the ground. I went back and checked, and yep, same kicks.

So this little detail strongly implies that Zach makes it out of the finale scuffle unharmed. No gunshot wounds. He’s fine. He’s able to make it to the hospital in time.

And if you look closely near Zach’s feet, you’ll see Aaron’s footwear too. It looks like he’s got the same color pants on as Zach—probably scrubs again—which suggests he’s also in the hospital for the birth.

That tells us that both Zach and Aaron are present to witness Karen giving birth to their children.

So, not a lot to go off here, but it’s good confirmation: Zach is okay. He didn’t get shot. He made it.

Now, my hope is that we don’t immediately get that “You’re late!” energy—like Fatima or Karen being mad that Zach didn’t answer his phone. Like, come on—he just risked his life and saved Andy and Gary!

It kind of reminds me of House of Payne—you know how Miranda would give Calvin grief without even knowing the whole story? That might be Karen here. And yeah, she might go off, not knowing Zach was involved in a dangerous situation. But once again, it shows Zach is really stepping up. He went to protect Andy because he thought Fatima had their baby covered, and the moment that threat is over, he rushes to the hospital to be there for Karen and the baby.

Honestly? I think that’s pretty cool.

But knowing how this show works, Zach’s probably still gonna get blamed somehow. That’s just how it is with him, right?
