BBC Beyond Paradise exit ‘sealed’ and fans ‘devastated’ as beloved couple torn apart
Beyond Paradise is set to come to an end on Friday night, but some fans are convinced that an exit could be on the cards for one of the characters
One beloved character may be making their departure from the charming Beyond Paradise following an emotional split in the latest Friday night episode.
Esther Williams, portrayed by Zahra Ahmadi, broke viewers’ hearts as she ended things with Archie, played by Jamie Bamber.
The poignant scenes saw Esther telling Archie, who also happens to be Martha Lloyd’s (acted by Sally Bretton) former flame, that she wanted to part ways with him.
The breakup unfolded when Archie, concerned, approached her and asked, “Is everything OK?” to which Esther tersely responded, “Not really.”
She added solemnly, “I don’t want to do this anymore.”
A confounded Archie pressed, “Do what?” only for Esther to clarify, “Us,” reports the Express.
Despite his plea, ” Can’t we at least talk about it?” she firmly rejected the idea with a shake of her head and exited, leaving Archie calling after her in vain.
Distraught fans quickly expressed their emotions over the episode on social media platforms. Fan reactions ranged from shock and denial to predictions and theories about the couple’s future on the show.
One particularly moved viewer lamented on X: “What?? They broke up? Devoed. #BeyondParadise.”
Others echoed the sentiment, with comments like, “I really wish Esther wasn’t scared and hadn’t dumped Archie. They were good for each other #BeyondParadise,” musings such as, “I’m hoping Archie is going to win her back next ep – they are great together, don’t ruin it.”

Speculation was also rife, with one person predicting, “I knew Esther was going to dump Archie. She’s scared.”

The concluding episode of Beyond Paradise is set to air on Friday, leaving viewers in suspense about whether Esther and Archie will reconcile or if Jamie Bamber’s character could be making an exit.
