Emmerdale star Georgia Jay took to her Instagram as she teased “guess who’s back” before panning the camera to co-star Beth Cordingly.

Georgia Jay joined Emmerdale in 2024 as Steph Miligan, the daughter of Ruby, played by Beth, and Caleb and granddaughter of Anthony Fox. Steph arrived alongside Anthony as they informed her parents of Anthony’s cancer diagnosis.

Things were tense between Ruby and Anthony but it wasn’t until earlier this year that the truth came to light. Flashbacks revealed that Anthony had sexually abused Ruby repeatedly when she was a teenager, and even fathered Steph.

After his harrowing crimes were revealed, Anthony was k.i.l.l.e.d by Ruby after Aaron Dingle had followed him to the depot and threw several d.e.a.d.l.y punches at him.

Steph was the last to found out and since learning the truth she’s been struggling with her appearance and even looked into getting plastic surgery.

Taking to her Instagram, actress Georgia posted a video of her on the set of Emmerdale with Eminem’s song Without Me. Singing along to the lyrics: “Guess who’s back, back again” Georgia then panned the camera to Beth Cordingly, her on-screen mum.

This post comes shortly after Beth posted about the Miligan family being reunited on set as they had some time away. She said: “Hi, so the Miligans haven’t been on set for a bit, which means that I haven’t seen G (Georgia Jay) and Will Ash for a little bit.

“But, it’s been sunny and Will Ash has been gardening, the thing about Will Ash and the sun, is he only has to look after it and he’s really tanned. So, I’m not gonna compete with that, I’m just slapping on the old St Tropez.”

Georgia recently opened up about how Steph is doing during the aftermath of everything, she shared: “She has liberty to make her own choices. And it frustrates her that they are trying to take control of this choice, which she believes is fully hers.

“So she doesn’t react well at all. And I think it actually does kind of more damage than we would think in the sense that, you know.

“It takes her down an avenue that gets her plotting to perhaps self harm herself. And Ross finds her, of course, having this sort of terrible sort of moment.”

“I’d say this is pretty much the lowest of the low. I think you gotta go rock bottom before you can get up.”

Emmerdale airs on weekdays at 7:30pm on ITV1 and is available to stream on ITVX.
