Frankie’s Fate Sealed – The Last Person You’d Expect Gets Custody

Emmerdale fans reckon they’ve sussed out who will gain custody of Tracy Robinson’s daughter Frankie, and it’s not her sister Vanessa Woodfield.
Tracy (Amy Walsh) has certainly been through the mill recently. Just last week, she was left heartbroken after learning that her ex-husband Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) had been m.u.r.d.e.r.e.d and his body dumped in a local river.
As avid viewers will remember, Nate was k.i.l.l.e.d by John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) last year. To date, no one suspects or knows that he is the perpetrator of this horrific crime.
Nate’s body was eventually found after months submerged in the lake – and the plot thickened this week when Tracy was accused by her fellow villagers of being the one who k.i.l.l.e.d Nate.
In Wednesday’s episode (June 11), Tracy was grilled at the police station over Nate’s d.e.a.t.h – and due to John planting evidence, all signs point to Tracy, leaving her distraught, reports Belfast Live.
Accused of m.u.r.d.e.r.i.n.g her husband, Tracy is stunned when the police reveal Nate’s missing mobile was found at her home. In truth, John had craftily placed it there before the police arrived with a warrant to search the property.
Things go from bad to worse for Tracy when being interrogated at the police station, after the officers reveal they know she has been using Nate’s credit card to support herself and their daughter Frankie.
And now, with Tracy potentially facing a jail exit, and Nate deceased, viewers believe they’ve figured out who will take care of their child, Frankie.
On an Emmerdale Facebook fan page, there was much chatter about who’d take care of little Frankie if Tracy left the village. One person speculated, pondering the possibility of Tracy’s sister Vanessa stepping in: “If Tracy leaves who will look after Frankie? Vanessa?” Yet, other enthusiasts of the show felt another villager might pitch in.
Some viewers threw in the idea of Matty Barton (played by Ash Palmisciano) as a potential guardian, recalling his past aspirations to adopt with his wife Amy (portrayed by Natalie Ann Jamieson), whose character met a tragic end following the limo car crash in February.
A fan speculated online: “Matty maybe? He wanted to adopt a few months ago remember.” Another supporter concurred: “Aw yeah that could be what he needs and she would still be in the village.” And another chimed in: “I’d like that.”
