EastEnders’ Kat and Alfie split ‘sealed’ as major clue hints at explosive truth reveal
It was the end of a dramatic week in EastEnders tonight as viewers watched on as Alfie headed off to Barcelona to find Zoe - but fans have 'worked out' how his lies will be exposed

In tonight’s EastEnders, fans witnessed Alfie Moon lie through his teeth to wife Kat, as he pretended he was going off to visit Spencer in Australia. However, unbeknownst to Kat, Alfie and Stacey found out Zoe had left for Barcelona, and Alfie’s headed there to bring her home.
Although Alfie thinks he’ll get away with the lie, viewers have noticed a huge hint on how he’ll get caught out. Despite having only just tied the knot (for the third time) things haven’t been smooth sailing for the couple.
In tonight’s episode Kat made it abundantly clear that she and Alfie would be over if she finds out he’s lied about going to Australia. Alfie still decided to keep quiet – and it seems like he believes all will be forgiven when he brings back Zoe, who is Kat’s long lost daughter.

However, fans are convinced he’ll be found out before he returns, due to Tommy’s tracking device. Earlier in the week, Tommy helped Kat track down a missing Alfie, as she turned up all guns blazing at Stacey’s flat. Now, fans think Tommy will find out his dad is in Barcelona, and not Australia.
Taking to Reddit, one fan penned: “Won’t Kat just ask Tommy to track Alfie’s phone and see that he is, in fact, not in Australia?” as another wrote: “Let me guess, Kat is going to have doubts and ask Tommy to track Alfie again. She then falls out with him and is about to split up, and then all of a sudden Zoe appears.”
Others were convinced Kat would never forgive Alfie once his lies were exposed, especially after warning him they would be over for good if he wasn’t telling her the truth.

“Alfie needs to be careful – once his lies come out about Zoe I feel that Kat may never forgive him. It was worse enough that he was lying about Stacey but keeping something this big from Kat knowing she wants to reconnect with Zoe will destroy Kat I feel,” penned one.
Another who believes their marriage won’t stand the test of time, penned: “Kat literally said they’d be over for good if he was lying, which she’ll obviously find out.
“Maybe her chat with Kathy in the pub is hinting their relationship will be a joke like the rest of Walford, meaning the wedding was for nothing.”
It has been confirmed that Zoe will be back in Albert Square later this Summer, but how will things go down with Kat when she finds out Alfie hid the huge secret from her?
Will she forgive him for bringing her “the best present ever,” like he thinks she will? Or will Kat and Alfie be over for good (again)?
