Dawn Taylor makes chilling discovery about long-lost mum Rose in Emmerdale
Dawn receives a voicemail about her estranged mother, but what does it say?
DAWN Taylor makes a chilling discovery about her long-lost mum Rose in Emmerdale.
Rose – played by Christine Tremarco – arrived in the ITV soap in April, having abandoned Dawn when she was a child.
Dawn was raised by her father Will Taylor before being placed into foster care and had a troubled life until she found stability at Home Farm with Will, his wife Kim Tate and her husband Billy Fletcher.
Dawn initially wanted nothing to do with Rose, but following her baby son Evan’s diagnosis with Leukaemia, she asked her mother to stay in Emmerdale.
Rose has clashed with Kim on a number of occasions, and her behaviour has been suspicious at times over the last few weeks.
And in upcoming scenes, more will be revealed as Ethan Anderson overhears a conversation between Rose and Ruby Fox-Miligan.
It’s shocking for Ethan when he overhears their conversation and he later confides in his dad Charles that it has left him concerned about Dawn.
With encouragement from Charles, Ethan decides to leave Dawn a voicemail.
Soon after, Ethan collapses leaving Charles fearing the worst, meanwhile, Dawn is concerned after hearing Ethan’s voicemail.
What exactly did he hear? And what is Rose up to?
It may take a while to find out after Ethan’s shock collapse, which comes days after Ruby hit him with her car.
Charles is frantic after he returns from the kitchen into the room to find Ethan on the floor.
Fear grows at Woodbine as Charles’ partner Manpreet tries in vain to resuscitate Ethan.
Will the lawyer survive?
Emmerdale airs on ITV1 and is available on ITVX.
