Emmerdale’s Tom King targets second victim after Belle ‘exit’ – and it’s sickening
Tom King (James Chase) reached another shocking low in Monday’s (May 27) episode of Emmerdale as he prepared to poison Piper the dog.
Tom is currently on his own in the village due to Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) spending time in a mental health unit. This development happened last week, when Belle spoke to a nurse and said she knows her mental health is struggling, and is worried about what may happen next.
We know that Belle’s difficulties with her mental health are being exacerbated as a result of Tom’s abusive behaviour.
During Tom’s latest plan of making it seem as though Belle was the one with anger problems, he wound her up so much, Belle pushed him to the floor in front of Rhona (Zoe Henry), Marlon (Mark Charnock) and Vanessa (Michelle Hardwick).
Discovering Belle’s decision to spend time away from the Dales left Tom terrified. He had no choice but to say goodbye to Belle, fully aware she would be surrounded by people who want to help her and that she could say anything.
In tonight’s episode of the ITV soap, Tom spent time with Lydia (Karen Blick). As they chatted about Belle, Tom learnt that his wife had asked Lydia to visit her.
Lydia tried to tell Tom that Belle probably didn’t want him to see her in a dark place. Out of control, Tom had to come up with another plan – and it was horrific.
At Dale Head, Tom spoke to Piper the dog about getting Belle home.
He then stood up, opened his vet bag and prepared a syringe. He alluded to the fact Piper would end up very hurt, and a disgusting Tom didn’t have a problem with making that happen.
If Belle discovers what has happened to Piper, will this be enough for her to return home and in turn, fall back under Tom’s complete control?
