Belle saved as Emmerdale villain dramatically exposed and an explosive couple reunites

It’s a pivotal week in Belle Dingle’s (Eden Taylor-Draper) ordeal at Tom King’s (James Chase) hands in Emmerdale – and her fate very much hangs in the balance.

Charity and Cain Dingle (Emma Atkins and Jeff Hordley) race to try and save her after discovering she is missing and her home is full of surveillance equipment.

But what they find chills them to the bone, as a flashback episode shows what has transpired on Belle and Tom’s trip to Wales.

Can her family save her? Or is Belle’s fate sealed?

Elsewhere in the village, Eric Pollard’s (Chris Chittell) villainous deeds are exposed by Jai Sharma (Chris Bisson) – but he isn’t behaving much better ahead.

And there are further clashes ahead between Ella Forster (Paula Lane) and Tracy Robinson (Amy Walsh).

Monday July 22

Tracy continues berating Ella’s suitability for the receptionist role.

Billy finally confesses to Dawn about when Kim took the rap when he broke the bubble and came home drunk.

Charity is very concerned to hear about Tom’s job interview in Wales and their sudden departure from the village.

Unable to shake her anxiety she calls Cain and before admits how Tom reminds her of Bails.

Tuesday July 23

Cain worries as he also struggles to contact Belle. Charity discovers Belle has been missing her mental health appointments. Increasingly uneasy, Cain and Charity decide to break into their house to find out where Tom and Belle have gone.

Once inside they are alarmed by Tom’s surveillance equipment and during their rummaging Charity soon finds an address for a cottage in Wales in Tom’s budget book. They also discover Belle’s phone stashed in a drawer.

A very worried Cain and Charity decide to head to Wales in search of them. Before long Cain and Charity arrive at the trashed holiday cottage in Wales to find blood on the wall and no Belle in sight…

Tracy’s fed up with her lot and Ella is in her firing line.

Wednesday July 24

Viewers are taken back to the start of the week in Wales.

Belle and Tom are excited to have arrived at the holiday cottage seemingly happy and loved-up as they anticipate a good holiday.  Belle’s upset not to have her phone – she can’t believe she couldn’t find it before they left.

Inside, Tom begins his manipulations but regardless Belle’s hopeful the holiday has got off to a decent start.

Before long Belle is confused to overhear Tom arranging to rent the cottage for longer.

Soon we see the rest of the week as the seemingly pleasant trip turns into a terrifying ordeal for Belle…

Thursday July 25

Alarmed by the state of the Welsh cottage, Cain and Charity panic

Laurel and Jai’s split is upsetting both households. In a bid to make himself feel better, bitter Jai exposes Pollard’s recent schemes to a disappointed Brenda and Rodney.

Soon, despite her heartbreak, Laurel allows Archie to move back in with his dad.

Rhona and Marlon hit a nerve with Mandy. Mandy opens up to Rhona about her financial troubles, but continues to hide them from everyone else.

Friday July 26

Concern continues to mount for Belle after Cain and Charity’s frightening discovery.

Things seem vaguely civil between Laurel and Jai as they plan to meet for Rishi’s memorial.

Mandy’s financial worries mount as she struggles to find a way out of trouble.
