Emmerdale is lining up explosive scenes next week when Kim Tate makes a jaw-dropping discovery.
Only recently, Rose Jackson, who is working with Ruby Fox-Milligan, framed Kim for spiking Dawn Taylor, who ended up crashing her car. Soap watchers will recall that Rose was actually behind the stunt and had intended to spike ex-husband Will Taylor but after the drinks got mixed-up she ended up spiking her own estranged daughter Dawn instead.
Rose went to such lengths to cover up her betrayal that she even arranged for the drug dealer she met with for the tranquilliser to show up at Home Farm, claiming Kim had bought drugs off him and he needed his money. This turned Kim’s family against her and she’s since moved to the local B&B, hellbent on proving her innocence with Lydia Dingle also involved after she recorded Rose admitting to the spiking.
In spoilers for next week, Kim, who is more concerned about who Rose is working for, meets the drug dealer from last week desperate to find out details, especially who really booked him. The dealer won’t give her any details but Kim learns from their chat that Rose isn’t the mastermind behind the plan.

It’s not long until Kim suspects Caleb Milligan, who is the son of her late ex-husband Frank Tate and who previously tried to con her out of Home Farm. And later, Kim confides in Lydia that she has exacted some revenge while at the same time Caleb is quizzed by the police about the fire at his work premises as they suspect arson.
However, Kim soon realises that it might be Caleb’s wife Ruby behind it all as she shows up at her house and spots her posh bottle of brandy she’s clearly nicked from Home Farm. Kim warns Ruby that they need to have a little chat and a panicked Ruby soon realises that Kim knows.
Ruby attempts to hold her own as she warns Kim she is just waiting for the fireworks when Kim’s life implodes and claims her marriage to Will is over to which Kim disagrees. Later, Kim heads back to Home Farm, she knows it all… meanwhile, later in the week, PC Swirling arrives at Home Farm inquiring about the welfare of Rose after finding her handbag. Kim and Will try not to look guilty over the bombshell – what have they done?
