Emmerdale

Nate’s exit storyline confirmed in Emmerdale and it’s going to have a sad outcome

After five years in Emmerdale, Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) is set to say his goodbyes to the village, and his exit will be heartbreakingly bad.

He’s become the good egg of the village, being Mack’s (Lawrence Robb) voice of reason and taking Tracy’s (Amy Walsh) cheating on the chin. But sadly, good eggs have a shelf life, and there’s a bad smell surrounding his departure.

For one thing, he’s facing an accusation from his dad Cain (Jeff Hordley) that he’s behaved inappropriately with Moira (Natalie J Robb) once again after the pair shared an innocent, but slightly dodgy-looking moment over a drink.

For another, it’s his relationship with Tracy.

Having exhausted opportunities in the village, he’s looking for a bigger and brighter future, and a job offer in Scotland will give him just that. He’s torn about taking it, but he doesn’t have much left to hang around for.

Nate breaks the news to pal Mack and agonises over the decision as to whether it’s the right move.

He plucks up the courage to let Tracy know his new life plan, who is utterly devastated that he wants to leave. But does she tell him that? Absolutely not. He also doesn’t tell her that if she just said she loved him again, he wouldn’t leave.

After breaking the news to Tracy, Nate walks away feeling rubbish about how things are ending, but does he tell Tracy?

Another big fat nope. It’s a heart-wrenching moment watching these two miss the opportunity of their lives. Will they ever find out how the other one feels?

But his feelings are quickly turned on their head when they both realise the worst thing has happened, Frankie has gone missing.

Is his exit from the village set to be marred by something happening to his daughter?
