Emmerdale proves an incredibly emotional watch next week, as confirmed in my new spoiler pictures, with the Dingle clan set to receive life-changing news.
Cain (Jeff Hordley) returns home to Butlers, where Moira (Natalie J Robb) subsequently receives a phone call from Debbie (Charley Webb), who informs her that Zak (Steve Halliwell) has passed away.
The update devastates Cain, who is then tasked with relaying the news to the rest of the Dingles, organising a meeting with the family at Wishing Well.
It’s an emotional day for Emmerdale’s signature clan as they spend some time reminiscing about the much-loved patriarch and, later in the week, the day of the funeral arrives – and a long-lost relative appears at the gravesite.
The question is: just who is it?
The week in question proves upsetting for Moira in more ways than one as, in addition to dealing with the loss of Zak, she suffers a seizure while cooking breakfast.
Afterwards, she receives news of an operation available – the very next day.
However, with everything else unfolding, she refrains from telling Cain.
Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle), meanwhile, reveals to Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) that he’s going to have to take part in another fight, begging his friend to keep it a secret.
Despite his reservations, Mack confirms that he won’t say anything. But, not only that – he also wants to help! Will Billy be receptive?
It’s going to be a week to remember, that’s for sure.
