Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) is left fearing for her family in upcoming EastEnders scenes as a feud breaks out between the Panesars and the Mitchells.
Avani Nandra-Hart (Aaliyah James) is left in a terrifying situation next week when she is left injured after refusing to have sex with much older Mason.
Having already lied to Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Kahn Levy) that Barney Mitchell (Lewis Bridgeman) is the secret boy she has been talking to, Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) believes he already knows who is to blame when she arrives home hurt and upset.
‘His initial reaction is complete and utter heartbreak that his daughter is hurt and his number one priority is to comfort her, but because of the character that Ravi is we know all hell is going to break loose,’ actor Aaron Thiara teased.
Convinced that Barney is behind Avani’s ordeal, Ravi decides to teach him a lesson.
‘His main drive is to get Barney to confess,’ Aaron revealed.
‘Obviously Barney is telling the truth, but this infuriates Ravi even more as he thinks he is lying, so as the situation unfolds, Ravi just gets further and further into this spectacle of interrogation.’
As Ravi makes a spectacle of Barney, Teddy Mitchell (Roland Manookian) jumps in to defend him, and the two fathers come to blows.
Avani races to the scene and forces Ravi to give up on his plan, but it is too late for Ravi and Teddy, as they square up to each other outside the cafe, before the police arrive.
Later, Teddy confides in Harry Mitchell (Elijah Holloway) that he has a plan to get back at Ravi…
He isn’t the only one keen for revenge, and soon the Panesars are debating the best way to hit back at the Mitchells.
However, Suki intervenes and insists that she doesn’t want to see anymore of her family behind bars, having already lost sons Jags and Kheerat.
As a compromise, Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) concludes that he and Suki will reach out to Teddy, and soon they all meet in the cafe. Will they work things out, or are the two families about to embark on a huge war?
