‘B.l.o.o.d on your hands’: Legend accused amid Martin’s d.e.a.t.h

Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) had a lot to say to Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) in the aftermath of the Queen Vic explosion and Martin Fowler’s (James Bye) d.e.a.t.h in EastEnders.

Last week, after discovering who really attacked her on Christmas Day, Cindy was involved in a showdown with Ian outside the Beale house.

She had spotted Reiss (Jonny Freeman) driving his car erratically through the market, and then pushed Ian into the road.

She hoped Reiss would hit Ian, but he ended up swerving and crashing into the pub.

The boozer exploded moments after, trapping multiple residents inside.

The two d.e.a.t.h.s that occurred as a result of the ordeal were Reiss and Martin’s. Reiss d.i.e.d when a bath fell through the ceiling and onto him, while Martin’s demise happened due to suffering from Crush Syndrome.

Ultimately, the entire ordeal occurred because Cindy chose to push Ian into the road. It set off a devastating chain of events but unsurprisingly, Cindy spent the majority of tonight’s episode thinking about herself.

Ian paid his partner a visit because he wanted to know what she was planning on doing about Kathy (Gillian Taylforth), who hit her over the head with a shovel.

He said that if Cindy wasn’t thinking about leaving the Christmas Day events in the past, he’d tell the police his injured arm isn’t a shrapnel wound.

Ian went further by reminding Cindy that if she never pushed him in front of Reiss’ vehicle, Martin wouldn’t be d.e.a.d.

Ian is willing to let Cindy ‘walk away’ because he thinks supporting his family and the Walford community is more important than a police investigation.

Before he left though, Ian made sure Cindy knew that he won’t ever forgive her for what she’s done.

‘You have got b.l.o.o.d on your hands, and all the pain that everyone is going through out there, that’s on you’, he said.
