Beyond Paradise season 3 episode 2 welcomes The Nevers and The Bill stars
BBC's Beyond Paradise is back on screens and the second episode sees DI Humphrey Goodman welcome a new foster child

The new season of Beyond Paradise, airing on BBC One, has already seen some characters off to a shaky start. In the second episode, PC Kelby Hartford’s (portrayed by Dylan Llewellyn) friend becomes the recipient of menacing messages.
With DI Humphrey Goodman (Kris Marshall) tied up at home, Kelby takes the initiative with the assistance of DS Esther Williams (Zahra Ahmadi). Together, they pinpoint potential culprits as they delve into the realm of social media and online disputes.
Simultaneously, Humphrey and Martha (Sally Bretton) face challenges as they welcome a new foster child into their household. In another storyline, Esther finds herself in an unexpected romantic situation.
Audiences also continue to express concern for Martha’s mother Anne (Barbara Flynn), who took a tumble in the first episode and continues to struggle with her health.

Rosie – Bella Rei Blue Stevenson
Rosie is the new foster child of Humphrey and Martha, portrayed by young actress Bella Rei Blue Stevenson.
It appears that the young actress is making her screen debut in the series.
Emily Buswell – Abra Thompson
Abra Thompson, a Bristol-based actress, has previously appeared in The Nevers, This Country and Showtrial.
Her theatre credits include The Quartermass Experiment and Blindsided.
Thompson also boasts numerous radio credits, including David Copperfield, The Hound of the Baskervilles and The Hand of Ethelberta.
Danny – Joseph Ollman
Joseph Ollman is a Welsh actor, writer and director who has worked on several short films.
His acting credits include Spent, Queenie, Domina and Vampire Academy.
As a writer, he participated in the BBC Writers Room programme after submitting his TV pilot ‘All Poor Creatures’, which received commendation at the Celtic Screen Talent Showcase at the Edinburgh Film Festival.
Jane – Alexandra Gilbreath
Alexandra Gilbreath, a 56 year old English actress, is renowned for her work with the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Her TV appearances include Monarch of the Glen, The Bill and Life Begins.
Mark Weston – Kem Hassan
Kem Hassan, a London-born actor and writer, has had guest roles in Grace, Vera and Mood.
He is also known for his work in soap operas, having starred in both Emmerdale and EastEnders.
Abigail Marsh – Hannah Howland
Hannah Howland is a British actress best known for her role as Veruca Salt in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory The Musical.
The 22 year old star has also featured in The Watcher and Arthur’s Whiskey.
Beyond Paradise marks her debut on the small screen.
