Beyond Paradise star drops health ‘bombshell’ as exit ‘sealed’ for main character
Beyond Paradise was back on Friday night and saw one beloved character facing a health scare
A beloved character from Beyond Paradise may be facing an exit following a health scare.
In Friday’s episode, Barbara Flynn’s character, Anne Lloyd, became concerned after discovering a mole on her back.
When Zoe, portrayed by Melina Sinadinou, noticed Anne examining the mole, she asked if it was “That’s what it is, isn’t it? A dodgy mole?” to which Anne responded with surprise.
Zoe explained that Martha had sent her to deliver homemade fish fingers to little Rosie.
The conversation then turned back to Anne’s mole, with Zoe advising that if it changes shape or becomes crusty, it could be serious.
Despite Anne dismissing her concerns, Zoe insisted that someone knowledgeable should examine it.
She elaborated: “The issue is deeply private for her, but it ends up intertwined with her charming relationship with Zoe. It’s not exactly a grandmother-granddaughter relationship but more of a unique, evolving friendship,” reports the Mirror.
“Instead of confiding in Martha, who Anne feels reluctant to burden, Zoe manages to draw it out of her in her direct, youthful, clumsy, yet completely adorable way.
“Anne is, in a way, forced to take action because of Zoe’s persistence. She likely would have done something eventually, but Zoe’s involvement gives her a push to act sooner.”
The teaser for the forthcoming third episode of Beyond Paradise promises a gripping plotline: “A chocolatier falls under suspicion when three customers are poisoned after sampling her wares and Humphrey must explore every avenue to determine whether she orchestrated the attack or was framed.
“The mystery deepens as the team finds no trace of poison in the remaining chocolates and wonders how the perpetrator ensured the victims consumed the tainted pieces. As public panic grips Shipton Abbott, the squad is under pressure to quickly resolve the case and bring the responsible party to justice.”
Beyond Paradise returns on Friday at 8pm on BBC One.
