The Tates and Dingles are once again at war in upcoming Emmerdale episodes only this time, the Miligans are involved.
Caleb Miligan (William Ash) is the son of Frank Tate and Faith Dingle, which makes for a complicated family tree if you’re asking us.
Given the Dingles are more passionate about family than the Tates, his loyalties usually lie with them.
In upcoming episodes, DI Roberts arrives and explains to Ruby (Beth Cordingly) and Caleb that a break-in has taken place at the depot. When the detective leaves, Caleb’s nephew Joe (Ned Porteous) arrives and starts to gloat.
Joe used Caleb a few weeks ago in the soap in an illegal organ donation plan. The businessman was stabbed and then taken to Doctor Crowley (James Hillier), where he removed Caleb’s working kidney and placed it in Joe’s body.
Aware of what’s going on with his brother, Cain (Jeff Hordley) pays a visit to Kim and says they need to come up with a solution before Caleb and Joe’s feud really gets out of hand.
In the week, Caleb and Ruby arrive at Home Farm to find Joe and Cain waiting for them. Tabling the discussion is Kim, who sets about trying to end the war.
An idea forming, Kim suggests they call a truce by compensating Caleb.
When Kim offers up the land surrounding Caleb’s depot, he’s left with food for thought.
The deal completed, Joe gives Kim his word that he won’t deceive her again.
Kim vows to help Joe keep their enemies close, determined to build an unstoppable empire.
