DI Mervin Wilson (portrayed by Don Gilet) has comfortably settled into his role at Honore Police Station and is set to lead the latest investigation.
In this episode of the BBC comedy-drama, the victim was awaiting a woman he met on a dating app at his villa when an intruder interrupted their video call.
However, Mervin quickly grows suspicious of the circumstances surrounding the man’s Dᴇᴀᴛʜ , particularly due to the bullet found in his hand but how will this clue help him solve the case?

Sterling Fox – Trieve Blackwood-Cambridge
There’s much excitement about Sterling Fox’s appearance as he takes over the Commissioner role from Selwyn Patterson (Don Warrington).
He’s expected to make a grand entrance, stepping out of a flashy car in a suit. How will the rest of the team react to this new addition?
Actor Trieve Blackwood-Cambridge is best known for his role as Josh Hudson in the BBC medical drama Holby City from 2020 to 2022. He has also appeared in Rematch, Enterprice, Make Me Famous and This Way Up.

Gary Baines – Alexander Cobb
The sixth episode of season 14 will also feature actor Alexander Cobb as Gary Baines, who is connected to this week’s investigation.
Cobb, known for his roles as Ian McLeod in Channel 4’s period drama Indian Summers and Kevin Spinella in the detective series Grace, will be remembered by many. He also starred as Sam in Mr Selfridge and Oliver Astrid in Boiling Point.
Adam Carter – Tyler Fayose
Joining Cobb is actor Tyler Fayose, who will portray Adam Carter in Dᴇᴀᴛʜ In Paradise.
Fayose’s most notable role to date has been Jamie Stewart in the children’s series Phoenix Rise, but he has also appeared in Paris Has Fallen, Riches, Departure and Skybound.
Danielle Bailey – Charlotte Spencer
Another key character in the latest Saint Marie adventure is Danielle Bailey, played by actress Charlotte Spencer.
Fans of period dramas may recognise Spencer from her role as Esther Babington in ITV’s Sanditon.
More recently, she has featured as Red in Apple TV+’s Ted Lasso and Nicki Jennings in The Gold.

Roy Palmer – Gerard Horan
Bar owner Roy Palmer will be brought to life by Gerard Horan, star of London’s Burning and a veteran actor with over 40 years of experience.
He is also well-known for his role as Terry Seymour in the comedy Detectorists, where he led the Danebury Metal Detectoring Club.
His other memorable roles include parts in Les Girls, NCS Manhunt, Lark Rise to Candleford, The Outlaws and now Belgravia: The Next Chapter.
Delmar Lloyd – Tony Marshall
Actor Tony Marshall, best known for his 12-year stint as Noel Gracia in the BBC medical drama Casualty, is set to join Dᴇᴀᴛʜ In Paradise as taxi driver Delmar Lloyd.
His character tragically exited Casualty in 2020 after contracting coronavirus while working at Holby City Hospital.
Kelly Herbert – Tala Gouveia
Gouveia, who is behind Kelly Herbert, previously played DCI Lauren McDonald in the crime drama McDonald and Dodds, which ran for four series on ITV before its cancellation.
This is her first role since the show ended but has also appeared in EastEnders, Doctors, Plebs, Holby City and Cold Feet as Gemma Murphy.
