EastEnders icon looks completely unrecognisable as he transforms into OAP – can you tell who it is?
A behind-the-scenes snap showed crew working on the star as he slowly resembled a pensioner
AN EastEnders icon is unrecognisable after transforming into an OAP for a new project.
The former soap star has aged three decades as new snaps show him like fans have never seen before.
Renowned for his roles in TV shows and movie, the 47-year-old has signed up for a new advert.
Danny Dyer is worlds away from his hardman image as he was given a complete makeover for a new Paddy Power campaign.
New snaps show the actor from behind-the-scenes as crew transform him into an elderly man.
The former Mick Carter star could be seen shirtless as they worked to mask his appearance.
Another picture showed Danny on location for the shoot and in costume during film takes.
The dad-of-three could be seen checking his phone as a runner appeared with scripts.
Danny wore a long brown chinos, along with green slippers and a Christmas jumper completing his look as a pensioner.
The EastEnder has been busy since departing Albert Square in 2022, having launched a brand new Sky Comedy series this year.
The Sun recently revealed how Mr Bigstuff had been green-lit for another outing.
It came after Danny’s travel show with his eldest daughter Dani, 28, had been axed by Channel 4.
The four-parter, called Absolutely Dyer: Danny and Dani Do Italy, was a hit with fans after it aired on E4 last May, but that was not enough to persuade the broadcaster to book the pair on another trip.
Both Dani and Danny had been keen to do another getaway before bosses pulled the plug.
