EastEnders legend stages a jaw-dropping Cindy intervention as a truth is revealed in 28 pictures
EastEnders is lining up yet another dramatic week, as confirmed in my new spoiler pictures, as Peter Beale (Thomas Law) discovers his sisters hiding something relating to mum Cindy’s (Michelle Collins) attack.
After she was struck over the head with a shovel by a mystery assailant and left for d.e.a.d on Christmas Day, fingers have been pointed left, right and centre to a number of Walford locals.
In upcoming scenes, Elaine Knight (Harriet Thorpe) decides to stage an intervention in the hope of discovering who was responsible, and in the process a shocking truth comes to light.
Some damning evidence is then found by Gina (Francesca Henry) and Anna (Molly Rainford), with Peter catching them disposing of it. He demands to know the truth, and then agrees to cover…
What have they found?
Elsewhere, Nigel Bates (Paul Bradley) attempts to flee Albert Square, just days after landing himself a new job at the Bridge Street Cafe and Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) signing over his half of The Boxing Den to him.
Yolande Trueman (Angela Wynter) offers him a shoulder to cry on, and he finally admits the real reason why he returned to the area after 26 years.
Phil’s rash decisions are a cause for concern for ex-wife Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), and she asks her family to step in and stage an intervention.
The Panesar clan are still on tenterhooks following Nish’s (Navin Chowdhry) death, and are awaiting to hear an update on Suki’s (Balvinder Sopal) health when she takes a turn for the worse.
Luckily, she makes a safe return home shortly afterwards.
Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman) tries to boost spirits ahead of Sonia’s (Natalie Cassidy) trial, but soon finds that not everyone shares his same sense of enthusiasm.
