It’s been four years since viewers said goodbye to Tina Carter in EastEnders. But the woman behind the beloved EastEnders character, Luisa Bradshaw-White, continues to move fans. Recognized for her candid insights and ethereal aura, Luisa recently posted a moving message on Instagram. Her post received support from her past co-stars, but what she shared about her emotional being is what really made headlines.

An Emotional Awakening That Can’t Be Put Into Words

Luisa revealed that she’s having a hard time expressing herself on social media lately. She noted that her life experiences are hard to put into words. She admitted that her emotional sensitivity has escalated to the point where she’s able to absorb the highs and lows of life.

The star explained feeling blinded by life’s splendor and sorrow, labeling it “devastatingly beautiful.” She explained how she cries daily, not because of sadness, but because of the sheer emotional depth she experiences. That was a potent reminder of her experience when diagnosed with bipolar and put on a heavy regimen of medication.

Despite the emotional burden she shouldered daily, Luisa maintained that she felt strong and fearless. She described how the world socializes individuals to be afraid of emotions. But she added that she now totally owns her emotions. She added that she feels grounded and empowered by her feelings and has learned to love herself intensely in that place.

For Luisa, crying is now an act of release. She said that her tears are her means of transmuting energy within her body. The actress cries for numerous reasons—for the grace of life, the liberation she feels, the relationship she shares with nature, and the pure gift of being able to experience everything. She explained that even if she is by herself physically, she doesn’t feel lonely because nature is all around and embracing her.
