Everything spirals out of control when Nicola learns, to her horror, that Teddy is about to launch a construction project right on the land where Shireen is buried. The nightmare worsens when Nicola discovers that her accomplice Benji had planted evidence on Shireen that could lead the police straight to her.
Desperate, Nicola tries to enlist Ravi’s help, but he firmly refuses. While the Mitchell family gathers to celebrate Nicola’s birthday, she remains consumed by anxiety over the Paradise Park project set to start the very next day.
Panicking and running out of options, Nicola begs Ravi to accept a mysterious “small job” — for $10,000, he would discreetly move an item from the construction site during the night. Initially hesitant, Ravi considers it, tempted by the idea of taking his daughter Avani on a holiday… but doubts creep in.
Touched by his daughter’s struggles — all she really wants is to spend time with him, not an expensive trip — Ravi has a change of heart.
