Emmerdale exit ‘sealed’ after 20 years as fans point out worrying d.e.a.t.h clue
Emmerdale viewers are predicting the untimely d.e.a.t.h of one much-loved villager
Emmerdale fans are predicting Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) is about to d.i.e as the character takes centre stage in a new storyline.
Since Sarah was introduced in 2005, as the daughter of Andy Sugden (Kelvin Fletcher) and Debbie Dingle (Charley Webb), it’s fair to say her time in the Dales has not been short of drama. The character has spent the majority of her life in and out of hospital due to a life-changing diagnosis.
Sarah learned she has a rare genetic disease called Fanconi anaemia. She was given the diagnosis when she was just six years old. This led to her needing a life-saving bone marrow transplant and also a heart transplant, which left her fearful she wouldn’t have as long a life as some of her fellow residents.
As well as that Sarah has battled cancer twice and in 2018, she collapsed and was suffering from heart failure. It came from a side effect of chemotherapy.
Despite her tragic health, Sarah is determined to lead a normal life. After being dumped by Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant) because of her health, she has found a new romance.
Last month, Kammy Hadiq (Shebz Miah) burst into the village after stealing a quad bike from Moira Dingle’s (Natalie J. Robb) farm before encountering Sarah, and the pair instantly connected over their love of cars.
Since meeting new boyfriend Kammy, mechanic Sarah has been embracing a more reckless side. The pair stole Cain Dingle’s (Jeff Hordley) car before shutting Rodney Blackstock (Patrick Mower) in a van and stealing goods.
Sarah was later arrested and bailed as Kammy tried to take the blame. Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) is left worried about her granddaughter’s new relationship and has reeled in Jacob to try to win her back.
As Sarah becomes a focus in recent episodes, Emmerdale fans think the talk around Sarah’s health is foreseeing her forthcoming d.e.a.t.h.
One viewer took to Reddit and wrote, “All these scenes with Sarah make me think…She’s in the grave Cain’s stood over.”
A second replied: “Thankyou I’ve been saying it’s Sarah since they showed the flashforward. She’s been barely used and all of a sudden beginning of the year appears in loads of episodes.”
A third commented: “Would they do that? no. no. no. no. They really wouldn’t do that? They can’t do that. Would they?.”
“I hope not, it would be a shame without Debbie coming back to k.i.l.l her off”, added one viewer.
“They’ll just have her go and live with her mum and d.i.e offscreen and her family all go up for the funeral because her mum wanted her buried there. It’s not hard to write it”, said another.
