Emmerdale newbie Kammy’s true identity ‘revealed’ as April Windsor baby father ‘confirmed’
Emmerdale newcomer Kammy made his debut this week - and fans are convinced he is April Windor's baby father

Emmerdale fans are certain they have ‘rumbled’ the true identity of newcomer Kammy in a major April Windsor twist.
Last year, viewers were left concerned when April vanished following a row with her dad Marlon Dingle, portrayed by Mark Charnock. The young character’s disappearance came after a series of challenging events in the village. The mystery deepened when April was found months later in a gym toilet, where she tragically gave birth to a stillborn daughter.
Since returning to Emmerdale, April’s unexpected pregnancy revelation stunned her family. She claimed the father was just some “random” from a party.
Back in the village, April courageously registered her daughter Rebecca’s birth and dealt with the grief of her loss while Marlon and Rhona Goskirk, played by Zoë Henry, arranged the baby’s funeral—a ceremony April chose not to attend, reports Leicestershire Live.
But now, fans are abuzz with a theory that the father of April’s baby has arrived in Emmerdale. After Kammy, portrayed by Shebz Miah, appeared in the episode aired on Tuesday (March 18), viewers took to social media to share their suspicions.
Kammy is set to stir up trouble and “ruffle a few feathers” in the village, and fans are convinced he’s the “random” who fathered April’s child.]
On an Emmerdale Facebook fan page, one viewer speculated, “SOOO who was the father of April’s baby? Don’t think it was a stranger she met somehow? ?” as the plot thickens in the Dales.
Fans have been quick to speculate on the identity of Emmerdale’s new bad boy, with one fan commenting: “Bet you it’s the new bad boy that’s coming in Kammy.” Another agreed, saying: “I thought that as well!”. One viewer confidently stated: “I said that as soon as he was announced!” while another added: “You’re right he could be!”
Shebz Miah, who is set to stir things up in the Dales as Kammy, expressed his excitement about joining the show: “I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining the cast of Emmerdale. Everyone has been so welcoming and I already feel like a part of the family.”
He also shared his enthusiasm for his character: “I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better job – the character is such an exciting one to play and Kammy will definitely ruffle a few feathers, but he does have the gift of the gab so although he causes a lot of mischief, I think it will be hard not to like him!”
Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 and ITVX at 7.30pm
