Emmerdale: Noah’s shocking flashbacks threaten to expose revenge culprit
Will this prove that Joe was responsible?
Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Emmerdale‘s Joe Tate becomes the prime suspect in a sinister spiking mystery next week.
The manipulative character stands accused of targeting his own half-brother Noah Dingle in a twisted revenge plot.
Viewers have seen Joe and Noah at odds recently after a mysterious job offer came between them.
Joe put pressure on Noah to accept a new work opportunity in Dubai earlier this month. When Noah turned this chance down, Joe seemed strangely rattled by his decision and lost his temper.
The schemer later resorted to dirty tricks to force Noah’s hand, trying to ruin his local reputation with malicious online reviews and stealing his work tools.
Noah recently fought back with his mum Charity to humiliate Joe, angering him further.
This week’s episodes have seen Noah stumble out into the road in a disorientated state after being spiked by an unknown culprit.
In next week’s follow-up scenes, Noah struggles to remember anything about what happened.
Someone turns up at Home Farm to accuse Joe of engineering the spiking.
Kim Tate steps in to defend Joe, but a seed of doubt has been planted in her mind.
Needing to satisfy her unease over Joe, no-nonsense Kim recruits her cleaner Lydia Dingle to act as her spy until further notice.
Meanwhile, Noah starts to experience flashbacks to the night of the limo crash, which could shed new light on the mystery.
Later, Ross Barton also gets involved by reigniting his ongoing feud with Joe.
When Joe struggles with a dizzy spell, Ross is far from sympathetic as he steps in to grab and threaten him.
A vulnerable Joe is taken off to a barn by Ross and his condition starts to worsen. Will the truth be revealed about who spiked Noah?
Emmerdale airs these scenes on Tuesday, February 25 and Thursday, February 27 on ITV1 and ITVX.
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
