Emmerdale pays loving tribute to lost colleague Stephanie Ives-Stevens
Emmerdale has paid tribute to their colleague and friend Stephanie Ives-Stevens at the end of tonight’s episode.
Included within the credits from the instalment, a black card was presented with a message on.
Honouring the late member of the show, the text read: ‘Dedicated to our friend and colleague Stephanie Ives-Stevens 1979-2023’.
In the episode, which can be viewed on ITVX, Ella Forster’s (Paula Lane) final scenes aired.
She had returned to the Dales to try and talk to Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) about being accused of drugging Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter).
The troubled character’s behaviour spiralled which resulted in a showdown in the woods between her and Liam.
Her story concluded with Ella being sent to prison again.
Elsewhere in the episode, Cathy Hope (Gabrielle Dowling) began packing her bags ahead of a three month cruise with Brenda Walker (Lesley Dunlop).
Helping her decide what to take was April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan), but she had something on her mind regarding Cathy’s dad Bob (Tony Audenshaw).
It became apparent that April was worried about Bob, after he mentioned being alone in the village once Cathy departs.
It left Cathy wondering if she should go at all, but Bob told he she needs to, adamant it would be the trip of a lifetime.
