Emmerdale ‘reveals’ Joe Tate’s organ donor in shock Dingle twist but it’s not Noah
Emmerdale fans are convinced they've worked out who Joe Tate's organ donor will be - and it's not his long-lost brother Noah Dingle

Emmerdale viewers are speculating a surprising organ donor twist for Joe Tate, and they believe they know which villager’s organ he will receive.
Joe, played by Ned Porteous, made a dramatic comeback to the Dales in December, six years after his departure, and has already stirred up plenty of drama among the villagers. However, Joe is also concealing a significant health secret.
He has been seen frequently taking p.a.i.n.k.i.l.l.e.r.s to alleviate symptoms, including chest pains, but has yet to reveal his exact condition. After Dawn Taylor, portrayed by Olivia Bromley, discovered him unconscious in his car with a bottle of p.i.l.l.s nearby, she demanded answers.
Only for Joe to fabricate a story about being addicted to p.a.i.n.k.i.l.l.e.r.s. Furthermore, since his return, Joe has shown interest in his brother Noah Dingle, played by Jack Downham.
According to Joe, he wants to build a relationship with Noah, but their mother Charity, played by Emma Atkins, is sceptical and believes he has an ulterior motive. Given Joe’s mysterious health issue and his growing closeness to Noah, fans suspect that Joe needs an organ donor and hopes Noah will be the one to help.
However, in a potential plot twist, other fans believe it might not be Noah who ends up donating an organ to save Joe. Based on online discussions, viewers think Charity or even Caleb, played by William Ash, could be potential donors following a hint recently dropped by the soap, reports Leicestershire Live.
Emmerdale fans have been buzzing with theories on a popular Facebook fan page, speculating about the latest plot twist involving Joe and Noah. One viewer suggested, “Joe, is going to use Noah as an organ donor, perhaps Noah’s not a match?”
This prompted lively debate in the comments section, with another chiming in, “I’d laugh my head off if it was Charity that was a match, sometimes you don’t have to be family to be a match.”
A third agreed, saying, “I agree! It’s too obvious to be Noah.” The speculation didn’t stop there, as another fan pointed to soap favourite Caleb Miligan as a potential donor after a dramatic flash-forward scene showed him flatlining in hospital.
They proposed, “Maybe Caleb is and that’s why he flat lines…? Surgery gone wrong? ” which led to another fan responding with approval, “Good thinking! ” The theories are flying as viewers eagerly await the next development in this gripping storyline.
Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 and ITVX at 7.30pm
