Emmerdale Ruby Fox-Milligan pregnancy bombshell ‘exposed’ as ‘history repeats itself’
Emmerdale fans are convinced Ruby Fox-Miligan is pregnant - but many fear that Cain Dingle or Caleb Miligan isn't the father of her unborn child
Emmerdale viewers are forecasting a surprising pregnancy twist for Ruby Fox-Miligan.
Ruby, played by Beth Cordingly, has been through a tough time recently. Her life was thrown into chaos last year with the arrival of her estranged father Anthony Fox, portrayed by Nicholas Day.
As Anthony made himself at home in the village, Ruby began to unravel, evidently concealing something about her father.
She even ended up in bed with her brother-in-law Cain Dingle, played by Jeff Hordley. It was later disclosed that Anthony had sexually abused Ruby when she was 14.
Moreover, it was confirmed that Anthony is the biological father of Ruby’s daughter Steph, played by Georgia Jay – not Caleb Miligan, portrayed by William Ash. After Anthony’s heinous crimes came to light, many villagers, including Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller), sought revenge.

Haunted by his own childhood sexual assault, Aaron viciously attacked Anthony, leaving him for d.e.a.d. Aaron’s partner John Sugden, played by Oliver Farnworth, stepped in to protect Aaron and disposed of the body, but refused to disclose where Anthony ended up, reports Leeds Live.
The truth eventually emerged that Ruby was the one who k.i.l.l.e.d Anthony, finishing what Aaron started. Several other characters, including Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) and Cain, have since become entangled in the m.u.r.d.e.r cover-up.
However, in a potential shocking twist, fans speculate that Ruby could be pregnant – and they’re worried that neither Caleb nor Cain is the real father.
On an Emmerdale Facebook fan page, viewers have been speculating wildly about who’s the daddy. One viewer propositioned: “Ruby is pregnant with Cain’s baby.”
But others quickly dived into the debate, suggesting another possible twist in the tale.
A second fan speculated: “She took the morning after pill but it doesn’t always work.”
Another avid watcher then pondered: “Or Anthony’s baby?” Somebody else joined in on the theory train, reacting with: “I thought the same, how gross!” Then there was the more open-minded soap enthusiast who chimed in with: “You never know, it’s soapland anything is possible.”
The discussions heated up when another commenter said: “Why do people keep commenting she can’t be because of the morning after pill? Do people think it’s 100% effective? ? It isn’t and it gets less and less effective with every hour you wait to take it or if she vomited after taking it, etc.”
Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 at 7.30pm and available to stream from 7am on ITVX
