Emmerdale Ruby’s real father ‘revealed’ in secret twin twist as ‘she k.i.l.l.e.d the wrong man’

Emmerdale viewers have discovered the shocking truth about Ruby Fox-Miligan’s father, and it’s not Anthony.

Anthony (played by Nicholas Day) arrived on the soap last year as Ruby’s estranged father, but his arrival led to Ruby spiralling, hinting at a dark secret about her dad.

It was later unveiled that Anthony had s.e.x.u.a.l.l.y abused Ruby when she was 14, and he was also revealed to be the biological father of Ruby’s daughter Steph (portrayed by Georgia Jay), not Caleb Miligan (William Ash). .

After Anthony’s horrific crimes came to light last week, several villagers sought revenge, with Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) violently attacking Anthony at the local depot, his actions fuelled by his own past abuse. Believing he had k.i.l.l.e.d Anthony, a distraught Aaron confided in John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth), who quickly stepped in to assist.

They returned to the depot where John checked Anthony’s pulse and confirmed to Aaron that he was dead. . John then disposed of Anthony’s body, while Aaron was consumed with guilt, believing he had committed murder. However, during Thursday’s episode (January 30), the real story was revealed, reports Leicestershire Live.

Overwhelmed, Aaron went to Ruby’s house and confessed his belief that he had k.i.l.l.e.d Anthony. But in a shocking turn of events, Ruby admitted that she was the one who delivered the fatal blow, explaining that she had gone to the Depot and seen Aaron leave after his attack on Anthony.

Ruby’s desperate move inside the Dales led to shocking consequences as she smothered Anthony, believing him to be her tormentor. Emmerdale viewers are now buzzing with speculation of an unforeseen plot twist – they’re convinced Ruby k.i.l.l.e.d the wrong man.

One fan on an Emmerdale Facebook page speculated, “I think we will find out soon that Anthony is not Ruby’s dad and her mother Helen slept around,” This sparked theories among fans, including the possibility of a secret twin scenario.

Discussions have emerged about the potential for Anthony having an identical twin who was actually Ruby’s abuser and Steph’s true father. A fervent fan pitched the idea, “Might be a stretch but hear me out: What if Anthony had an identical twin who was Ruby’s uncle and he is Steph’s real father.
