Emmerdale star Isabel Hodgins is basking in her new marital bliss as she gave a fresh update after revealing she’d tied the knot with partner Adam Whitehead.
The actress, who is best known for playing Victoria Sugden in the ITV soap since 2006, announced her and Adam’s engagement back in November 2023.
Isabel, who has been on Emmerdale since 2006, went ‘Instagram official’ with Adam in December 2022. It came after a reported romance with one of her soap co-stars.
It was then on Sunday (April 13) that she confirmed she and Adam had said ‘I Do’ after three years together in a stunning ceramony, seemingly held in Manchester.
On Instagram, she shared a photo of her in her wedding dress alongside her new husband. The snap of the two polaroid images also showed the newlyweds officially showing off their matching wedding bands on their finger.
Captioning the post, Isabel wrote: “Mr & Mrs Whitehead.12.04.25.” She was quickly flooded with congratulatory messages, including from her co-stars.
Kerry Wyatt actress Laura Norton wrote: “Best day ever.” Lisa Riley, who plays Mandy Dingle, said: “Congratulations.” Belle Dingle actress Eden Taylor-Draper replied: “screaming crying throwing up.”
Amy Walsh, who stars in Emmerdale as Tracy Robinson, shared: “Congratulations!!!!!!!” as her on-screen sister, Vanessa Woodfield actress Michelle Hardwick gushed: “Congratulations to you both.”
Gabby Thomas actress Bentham posted: “Can’t cope [crying emoji].” Former co-star Samantha Giles shared: “Awwwww congratulations. So happy for you.” Daisy Campbell added: “So happy for you iz.”

Now, Isabel has returned to social media and shared an update as the newlyweds took some time away. She revealed they’d headed to Whitby for some R&R.
The 31-year-old shared sweet selfies of the pair as well as pictures of them relaxing at Saltmoore, the wellness-led sanctuary in the seaside town in Yorkshire.
Captioning the post, the soap star wrote: “What a lovely start to married life [heart emoji]. Thank you @saltmoore_ for having us.” And the comments soon came flooding in.
