The singer, 35, known for hits like Glad You Came, has spoken candidly about his serious health scare and the challenges he faced throughout the process. However, despite the dangers of the procedure, Max insists that the most difficult aspect was not the operation itself but the mental and emotional toll it took on him. “The physical side of things is tough, but mentally, it’s a whole different battle,” he admitted in a recent interview.

Max first had a pacemaker fitted after experiencing heart complications, and though the procedure initially helped regulate his condition, it soon became apparent that further intervention was needed. “I thought the first surgery would be the end of it, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case,” he shared.
