Is Beyond Paradise on Netflix? How to watch BBC crime drama
DI Humphrey and the Shipton Abbott team are back solving more bizarre crimes in the show's third season - here's how you can watch it for free!

The third season of Beyond Paradise, the spin-off show to BBC crime drama Death in Paradise, premiered last week to rave reviews from viewers. Starring Kris Marshall and Sally Bretton as Detective Inspector Humphrey Goodman and his fiancé Martha Lloyd, it follows the couple as they navigate life away from the idyllic Caribbean island of Saint Marie in the quaint village of Shipton Abbott near the Devon coast.
Packed with bizarre crimes the team have to solve, as well as hilarious twists and turns, the beloved show also features an all-star cast of supporting characters and guest actors. As the show’s loyal viewers tuned in to watch the new season on Friday (28 March), they were quick to share their excitement after seeing their favourite detectives back on their screens. One user wrote on social media: “I am beyond excited for #BeyondParadise.”

The third season will see Humphrey and Martha take on the role of foster parents to nine-year-old child Rosie, who proves to be more of a handful than they’d hoped. And with life already tricky for the pair, the last thing they need is Martha’s ex-fiancée Archie, played by Jamie Bamber, sniffing around again and causing trouble for the pair – especially after they failed to get hitched at the end of season two.
The new series of BBC drama is available to stream completely free on BBC iPlayer, and fans can watch the two previous seasons there, too. The show is currently unavailable to watch on Netflix, but for a small fee of £1.89, fans can watch it on Apple TV and Prime Video.
