ITV Emmerdale Nate Robinson’s latest m.u.r.d.e.r suspect ‘unveiled’ and fans will be devastated
Emmerdale fans are convinced that they've worked out the latest m.u.r.d.e.r suspect in the Nate Robinson case
Emmerdale could unveil a new suspect in the Nate Robinson m.u.r.d.e.r investigation in upcoming scenes, and fans will be devastated.
Soap viewers will know that villain John (Oliver Farnworth) k.i.l.l.e.d Nate (Jurell Carter) after the barn fire last year.
A revealing flashback showed John administering an injection to Nate under the guise of “saving” him, only for Nate to suffer a fatal reaction to the drug.
John then stumbled upon Nate’s lifeless body, before transporting him to the bridge and dumping the concealed corpse into the lake – the same spot as the infamous limo crash.
More than eight months after the barn fire, the police dredged Nate’s remains from the lake, sending waves of suspicion through the village, reports Belfast Live.

Cain (Jeff Hordley), Nate’s dad, was first on the police radar due to their heated row on Nate’s last day in the village.
Moreover, villagers have been casting suspicion over Nate’s wife, Tracy Robinson’s (Amy Walsh), recent erratic behaviour.
On Monday (June 9), DS Walsh (Amanda Ryan) grilled John about the day of the barn fire after Tracy mentioned that he was the last person to see Nate.
However, John lied and told the detective that he didn’t remember telling Tracy that Nate had gone to Shetland before the fire.
During Wednesday’s (June 11) instalment, now available to stream on ITVX, the police arrived at Tug Ghyll with a search warrant.
Tracy Robinson is currently in the frame
Tracy and her sister, Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick), were left reeling when officers disclosed the discovery of Nate’s phone in her daughter Frankie’s (Eden Ratcliffe-Knights) playhouse.
The bombshell led to Tracy being whisked away to the station for a grilling by the police.
During her intense questioning, Tracy expressed her suspicion that Cain was the one who’d stashed the phone at her home.
DS Walsh then revealed that she had been granted access to Nate’s bank statements, which showed that activity had picked up in recent weeks from Tracy’s home address.
“I lost my dad, okay? I know how much that hurts, and I would never do that to my daughter!” a frustrated Tracy declared.
Emmerdale fans believe that Caleb Milligan could be the latest m.u.r.d.e.r suspect (Image: ITV)
Despite evidence mounting against Tracy, several Emmerdale fans are convinced that a new suspect will emerge in upcoming scenes, with many believing it will be Nate’s uncle, Caleb Milligan (William Ash).
Caleb notably had an affair with Tracy back in 2023, which left Nate furious when he found out.
“Which character will be accused/blamed for Nate next? It could be Caleb next as even Ruby thought it was him. Self-defence would make sense as Nate hated him and might’ve wanted to get him back for the false accusation,” one person wrote on Reddit.
Another chimed in: “Caleb and Ruby will likely be questioned I think. Moira may be questioned as well and possibly Mackenzie,” while a third said: “Caleb seems most likely. The police would likely wonder if his feud with Nate escalated.”
A fourth fan concurred, expressing: “It HAS to be Caleb because he’s just so obviously the most likely culprit given his actions.”
Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 at 7.30pm and is available to stream from 7am on ITVX
